Who plays NOS Alive 2027? Tame Impala, on the final night

NOS Alive already had its dates and its tickets on sale. What it did not have was a name, and Monday supplied one: Tame Impala will close the festival on 10 July 2027.

A quick turnaround
For anyone who went in April this will feel soon. Parker played two shows under his own name in Porto and Lisbon four months ago, and now returns with the band.
In festival terms it will be Tame Impala’s third appearance at Algés, after 2013 and 2016. The gap says something about the arc of the project: from mid-card curiosity to closing-night headliner.
What they are playing
The announcement catches Tame Impala mid-tour in the United States, working through a set built around Deadbeat, their fifth studio album, released in October 2025. By the time they reach Algés the record will have been out for nearly two years, so expect a settled show rather than a work in progress.
Tickets and the rest of the bill
Tickets went on sale on 21 August, with day tickets and two- and three-day passes available at nosalive.com and the usual outlets. The organisers put out their first name three days after opening sales, which points to a lineup revealed in stages through the autumn and winter. For comparison, the 2026 lineup is still worth a look.
