Portugal’s metal capital hosts court again from 5 to 9 August. Vagos Metal Fest 2026 has locked its lineup and day-by-day schedule, and Quinta do Ega is bracing for five nights headlined by Lamb of God, Satyricon, Within Temptation, Godsmack and In Flames — from groove to black metal, with symphonic and death stops along the way.
When is Vagos Metal Fest 2026 and who plays each day?
From 5 to 9 August at Quinta do Ega in Vagos, Aveiro district. Day one, 5 August, Lamb of God headline with Ill Niño and Cro-Mags; the 6th belongs to Satyricon, with Doro, Devourment, The Troops of Doom and Portugal’s own Toxikull; the 7th brings Within Temptation, Deicide, Suicidal Angels and Holocausto Canibal; the 8th is Godsmack, Korpiklaani and Massacration; and the 9th closes with In Flames, Heaven Shall Burn, Combichrist and Cryptopsy. The full day-by-day lineup is on the festival’s official site.
How much are Vagos Metal Fest 2026 tickets?
Day tickets cost 69 euros and the five-day pass is 169 — do the maths and a full run works out at just over 33 euros per night of international headliners. For a festival packing five decades of metal into one field, it’s one of the friendliest deals of the summer.
August is being generous to live-music people in the north and centre of the country — the same week Vagos shakes, Paredes de Coura 2026 also has its day-by-day lineup and tickets out. Between the river and the dust of Quinta do Ega, the only hard decision is the van playlist.
