Portugal's rail operator CP has 22 permanent front-line jobs open

Where are the CP vacancies?
They are split across three areas. Three roles sit in the Centro region, between Coimbra and Santarem. Fifteen are in greater Lisbon, spread across Cais do Sodre, Cascais, Entrecampos, Lisboa-Rossio, Santa Apolonia, Oeiras and Queluz-Belas. The remaining four are in the south, in Evora and Faro.
A commercial operator is the person facing the public: ticket desk, customer service, passenger support, a presence on the platform. They are the face of the company on the days everything runs smoothly and, more importantly, on the days it does not.
What do you need to apply for a CP job?
The company asks for professional experience in commercial work, customer service or security and surveillance, plus comfort using computer systems and technical equipment. It is not a profile locked to one career path, which leaves the door open to people coming from retail or hospitality.
On the other side of the table, beyond the permanent contract and the health cover, there is a benefit worth real money every month: mobility, meaning travel on CP trains and reduced-cost European rail travel. If you live far from your workplace, that adds up fast.
